Local Shipment:
We deliver all over the UAE. Upon processing your order, we will send you the COURIER details via SMS and email. Shipping is free for purchases of AED 150 and above; otherwise, an additional
AED 20 is charged for delivery. We guarantee that your order will be processed and delivered within 2 to 3 business days
Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking details via SMS to the mobile number provided during the order placement. Additionally, you can track your order on our website.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND TRACKING:
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Upon processing your order, we will share the shipping details with you via email. Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the product and the shipping location. We guarantee that your order will be processed and delivered within 10 to 12 business days through our COURIER partner.
TRACKING:
Once your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking details via email to the email
address provided during the order placement. We take stringent measures to ensure that your order is delivered quickly and in proper packaging.
However, please note that delivery may sometimes take longer due to the following reasons:

- We only accept returns or exchanges for products in case of defects or incorrect items.

initiating the return or exchange process as per our policy. - For hygiene reasons, the item must remain unused and unwashed.
- The product must retain its original tags and
packaging in place; items without original tags will not be accepted for return or exchange. - Return or Exchange will not be for customized
products. - Return or exchange requests not submitted within 4 days of receiving the product will not be accepted.
- Once a return or exchange request is approved, the product will be picked up within 5-7 Business days.

- If you receive the product in poor condition or notice tampering with the packaging, kindly reject the package. Please email us at cottonqueens13@gmail.com with your Order ID to arrange for a replacement at no extra charge
- Jewelry items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are not eligible for refunds.
- Please initiate your return request within 4 days of receiving the shipment.
- If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the order. You can do so by
emailing us at cottonqueens13@gmail.com with your Order ID and an image or video showing the defect or issue with the item. Once the pickup is arranged, we will either ship a replacement item or provide a refund for the product. - If you need to cancel an order, please ensure that it is done before the order is shipped out.
- If you choose to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will provide a full refund of the entire amount.
- Upon receiving the products, our team will conduct a quality check.
- The refunded amount will only cover the cost of the products, excluding any incurred shipping charges.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange policy for international customers.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund account details will be sent to the registered email and contact number. If there are any

Exchange Policy:
- Please submit your exchange request within 4 days of receiving the product by contacting us at Cottonqueens13@gmail.com. You will receive an approval email from us within 48 hours if your request is accepted. Upon pickup of the product, a Credit Note for the product price will be issued within 3-4 days.
- Please ensure that the packet includes the
following order details and complete shipping address as stated below:

- Contact Person Name (used while placing the order)
- Shipping Address: [Insert complete shipping address here]
[ Eg: Villa/Apartment no., Villa/ Building Name, Street name, City, landmark, Country, pin code.]
- Ensure that the original product tag and packaging remain intact when the product is picked up.
- No return or exchange requests will be accepted if raised after 10 days of receiving the shipment.
- You will receive a notification from us once we have received your shipment.
- Exchange requests cannot be accommodated for customized products.
- Items purchased during a sale are non-refundable.

International Orders:
- Unfortunately, we do not offer a return or exchange policy for our international customers. For any inquiries, please contact us at cottonqueens13@gmail.com If you decide to return the product, you will need to ship it back to us at your own expense. Upon receiving the products, our team will conduct a quality check. Please ensure that the original product tag, and packaging, remain intact. Once the quality check is completed, we will provide a refund for the product to your original mode of payment.
- If you need to cancel an order, please ensure it's done before shipment, and we'll refund the entire amount. Once your order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, and no refunds will be provided.
